Q. What type of Cashback Rewards will I earn for hotel stays?
A. In addition to getting a great rate thats competitive with the major online discounters, members earn up to 5% off their room rate for their entire stay. Log in with your Rewards Network Login ID and Password before you do a
Hotel Search in order to see the specific savings for each hotel and make an online reservation. Complete hotel and savings information is included on the hotels "Details" page when you search for a room on a specific date.
Q. What kind of room rates are listed at participating hotels?
A. Rewards Network is working every day with hotel partners across the U.S. and Canada to ensure that we offer the hotels competitive and/or best available rate. Rates vary by hotel and by date. Specific hotel room rates and savings will be displayed when you log in and search for a hotel on the Rewards Network Web site.
Q. How do I earn Cashback Rewards at hotels through the Rewards Network program?
A. To earn Cashback Rewards at participating hotels, you need to be a member of Rewards Network and you must make your reservation through our reservations service – either online or by calling
Member Services. You
will not receive Cashback Rewards if you make your reservation through other methods. Heres how simple it is to automatically receive your Cashback Rewards:
• Log in with your Rewards Network Login ID and Password and locate a participating hotel via our online search.

• Read the information we provide about a hotel that interests you in your destination area. Information includes hotel and room descriptions, photos, star rating, address, hotel amenities, location and map, policies, and room rates.
• Book a reservation for your desired travel dates online or by calling
Member Services and reserve your room with one of the credit/debit cards registered with your membership.
• Stay at the hotel on the dates reserved and pay with a credit/debit card registered with your membership (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa).
Its that simple! When you have finished booking your reservation, youll be given a confirmation number and itinerary to print out for your records. You will also receive a follow–up email confirming your reservation. If you dont have Internet access at the time you need to make the reservation, you may call Rewards Network Member Services and we will be happy to make the reservation for you. Cashback Rewards will be awarded for the total amount of the room rate only, exclusive of taxes, tariffs and additional/incidental expenses charged to your room.
Q. Can I book a room at a participating Rewards Network hotel directly with the hotel or through another online or offline reservations system and earn my Cashback Rewards for the stay?
A. No. Hotel reservations must be made through Rewards Network, either online or by calling Member Services, in order to qualify for Cashback Rewards.
Q. Can I make a reservation for someone else?
A. Yes. You may make reservations for someone else. However, to earn Cashback Rewards, the hotel bill must be paid using a credit or debit card registered to the account of the Rewards Network member who made the reservation.
Q. Does my credit/debit card guarantee my hotel reservation?
A. Yes. Your hotel reservation will be held until the date and time you check in. If you cancel your trip or decide to stay somewhere else, you must cancel your hotel reservation through Rewards Network according to the hotels published policies (as disclosed on this Web site). Otherwise, the hotel may impose cancellation penalties (which are listed on the hotels "Details" page and on your confirmation).
Q. Do I need to make a deposit to hold a hotel reservation?
A. While many participating hotels do not request an upfront deposit, some hotels may require one in order to hold your reservation. If a deposit is required, detailed information regarding the deposit is listed on the hotels "Details" page under "Review the rules and restrictions". Deposit policies vary for each hotel.
Q. Am I guaranteed the special requests I selected?
A. At the time you make your reservation, you will also have the option of selecting a number of beds and other special room requirements. We will forward all requests to the hotel; however, we cannot guarantee that your requests will be honored.
Q. When will I be charged for my Rewards Network hotel booking?
A. That depends on what type of rate you booked and if the hotel requires a prepaid deposit or not.
If you book a prepaid–rate hotel, where you pay for your entire stay at the time you make your reservation, your selected registered credit or debit card will be charged immediately after you make your reservation.
If the hotel rate requires prepayment, this will be noted on the hotels "Details" page and in the Policies and Restrictions section when you are completing your reservation.
If you book a prepaid–deposit hotel, where you pay a deposit fee that may not be equal to the entire amount of your stay, your selected registered credit or debit card will be charged for the required deposit amount immediately after you make your reservation. If the hotel rate requires a prepaid deposit to hold your room, this will be noted on the hotels "Details" page and in the Policies & Restrictions section when you are completing your reservation.
For hotel rates not requiring prepayment, typically, your credit or debit card will be charged at checkout. Deposit and cancellation information is outlined in the Policies & Restrictions section of the hotels "Details" page and on the reservation pages.
Q. How will you contact me if something changes in the itinerary?
A. When you book your reservation through Rewards Network (online or through Member Services), you will be asked to designate a guest name as the main contact. This persons name will be listed on the room reservation. Please be sure to confirm that the email address and telephone number you have listed with us is as up–to–date as possible so that we can contact you if necessary.
Q. Can I change a hotel reservation?
A. Yes, you can change your hotel reservation by contacting Rewards Network online or by calling our Rewards Network Member Services center. Please note, however, that some hotels may require you to pay a fee for processing changes to your reservation. To find out if any fees apply, call
Member Services. If you change your reservation without going through Rewards Network, you may not receive your Cashback Rewards.
Q. Can I cancel my hotel reservation?
A. You may cancel a reservation with us either online or by calling Rewards Network Member Services. To cancel online, log in and go to the "Hotels" section of "My Account Center". Click on your reservation and follow the instructions for cancellation. To cancel via phone, contact
Member Services and a representative will cancel the reservation for you. You must follow each hotels specific cancellation policy as outlined in your reservation confirmation in order to avoid any cancellation penalties.
Q. Is there a fee to cancel a reservation?
A. Once a reservation is confirmed, there may be a $5 charge assessed by Rewards Network to cancel your reservation, in addition to any fee possibly charged by a participating hotel. You will be notified at the time you book your reservation if a $5 Rewards Network cancellation fee will be charged. No fee will be charged without full disclosure at the time the reservation is made.
