Every month, we provide a report to our clients covering the restaurant’s monthly sales analysis, including new and repeat customer measurement, as well as customer spend to show dining habits. Rewards Network is also the leader in measuring diner frequency. In more detail, this restaurant analysis report provides the following:
- Same-store sales compared to both the similar program restaurants in the area and the national average
- Restaurant’s total sales and total transactions compared to those of similar program restaurants in the area and the national average, all compared to prior year
- Restaurant’s average check compared to those of similar program restaurants in the area and the national average, all compared to prior year
In addition to this monthly report, Rewards Network also provides our clients with monthly survey analytics in the form of infographics. These survey infographics are usually broken down into two categories:
- How new diners responded vs. how repeat diners responded
- Total diner response
General post-dine survey analytics are provided to our clients, as well as survey results from various Attribute Surveys selected for distribution by each client based on their desired focus. For example, following post-dine survey results, a restaurant client may choose to distribute the Cleanliness survey to get more diner feedback on that specific subject. We encourage all clients to use this data to evaluate and improve their businesses in an effort to increase revenue and diner traffic.
