REWARDS NETWORK SEATTLE NEW MERCHANT WELCOME OFFER PROGRAM DETAILS

  1. Overview. Rewards Network will award the owners of the first five eligible New Merchants who meet certain promotion eligibility and performance requirements with 70,000 Delta® SkyMiles® (the “Welcome Offer Bonus”). The promotion will be referred to as the “Welcome Offer Program.” The Welcome Offer Program will encourage merchant engagement on the Rewards Network Portal to see firsthand the benefits and reach of the online platform.
  2. Definitions.
    • Authorized Person: as defined by the Rewards Network membership terms.
    • Eligibility Requirements: as defined in Section 3.
    • New Merchant: any restaurant that becomes a Rewards Network merchant between [Day 1 at 12:00am (Pacific)] and May 2, 2026 at 11:59pm (Pacific Standard Time).
    • Owner: the chief executive officer or managing member of the New Merchant (if owned by an entity), or the primary owner of the New Merchant (if owned by an individual). In the event there is a discrepancy over the identity of the Owner, Rewards Network will deem the authorized account holder of the associated Rewards Network Merchant account to be the Owner for purposes of the Welcome Offer Program.
    • Performance Requirements: as defined in Section 5.
    • Welcome Offer Bonus: 70,000 Delta® SkyMiles®.
    • Bonus Recipient: the Owners of the first five New Merchants to complete the Performance Requirements.
  3. Eligibility. The Welcome Offer Program is open only to: (i) Owners of New Merchants; (ii) New Merchants where the New Merchant is located in the Seattle, Washington Metropolitan area, as defined by the United States Census Bureau (i.e. King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties in Washington State); (iii) New Merchants who generated at least $150,000 per month in credit card value per month in terms of gross receipts in New Merchant’s authorized credit card processor, excluding payments made via cash or third party applications (i.e., DoorDash, Grubhub, Postmates, etc.), as assessed through the New Merchant’s prior 60 days of credit card receipts from the date of the New Merchant’s registration; and (iv) New Merchants who qualify for all other program standard terms of joining Rewards Network, which may be amended by Rewards Network from time to time (collectively, the “Eligibility Requirements”).
  4. Timeline: The Welcome Offer Program will take place through the following two phases:
    • Enrollment Period: From [Day 1 Date at 12:00am (Pacific)] through May 2, 2026 at 11:59pm (Pacific), Owners must enroll their restaurant with Rewards Network to be eligible for the Welcome Offer Bonus.
    • Performance Period: The Performance Period opens May 3, 2026 at 12:00am (Pacific). The Owners of the first five (5) New Merchants to satisfactorily complete the Performance Requirements (as defined below) during the Performance Period will be deemed the Bonus Recipients of the Welcome Offer Bonus. The Performance Period ends June 1, 2026 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time). Should fewer than five New Merchants satisfactorily complete the Performance Requirements in the Performance Period, Rewards Network will award the Welcome Offer Bonus to however many New Merchants satisfactorily complete the Performance Requirements in the Performance Period.
  5. Performance Requirements. Owners of the first five New Merchants to satisfactorily perform the below Performance Requirements during the Performance Period will each receive the Welcome Offer Bonus (subject to fulfilling the Eligibility Requirements and participating in a welcome call):
    • Be or become a Delta SkyMiles Loyalty and Dining program member;
    • Participate in (or have an Authorized Person of New Merchants participate in) a welcome call with a Rewards Network Client Success Manager or a Rewards Network Strategic Account Manager. Rewards Network will provide time slots for New Merchants to sign up for via email, Calendly, or text.
    • Post within the Rewards Network Portal an event or special that then takes place at the New Merchant to get familiar with the Portal’s features and functionality. Posts must not infringe or violate any rights, including any third-party intellectual property, rights of privacy or rights of publicity of anyone who is pictured in the posts. Posts cannot be sexually explicit or suggestive, violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, or contain nudity; and
    • Download and log into the New Merchant’s account on the Rewards Network mobile application.
  6. Notification of Results. Once Rewards Network determines the five (5) Bonus Recipients of the Welcome Offer Bonus, Rewards Network will update the Welcome Offer Program page on the Rewards Network website to indicate that the Welcome Offer Program has ended. Rewards Network will inform the five (5) Bonus Recipients of the results via email or phone call. Owners agree that if they receive the Welcome Offer Bonus, within fourteen (14) business days of being notified that they are a Bonus Recipient, they will be required to (i) respond to the notice of receiving the Welcome Bonus via email or phone call with Rewards Network and (ii) personally sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity and Liability Release in a form similar to the one attached hereto. Failure to complete any of these requirements within the fourteen day timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the Welcome Offer Bonus.
  7. The Welcome Offer Bonus Distribution. The approximate retail value of the Welcome Bonus at the time of the Welcome Offer Program is $1,500. Welcome Offer Bonuses will be distributed to the Bonus Recipients after Rewards Network confirms the Bonus Recipient has returned a signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and is in good standing under its Rewards Network agreement for 90 days following their enrollment with Rewards Network. Allow 30 days for delivery of Welcome Offer Bonus after good standing verification. In the event that a Bonus Recipient’s restaurant is not in good standing at any point in their first 90 days of enrollment, Rewards Network reserves the right to withhold or re-award the Bonus Recipient’s Welcome Offer Bonus.
  8. Forms. The Bonus Recipients will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability similar to the one attached hereto, and may be required to sign and execute a W-9 form (where applicable).
  9. Expenses, Taxes, and Fees. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely each Owner’s responsibility. Rewards Network reserves the right in its discretion for any reason or no reason, to substitute awards of equal or greater values. Rewards Network is responsible only for the Delta SkyMiles delivery. Rewards Network is not responsible for Delta SkyMiles utility, quality, or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Bonus Recipients.
  10. Releases. By participating in the Welcome Offer Program, Owner releases and holds harmless Rewards Network and any other business partners involved with or retained to provide services in connection with the Welcome Offer Program, and each of their respective affiliates, parent or related entities, subsidiaries, or successors (collectively, the “Released Promotion Entities”), against any and all claims, demands and liabilities arising out of or relating to the Welcome Offer Program, Owner’s participation in the Welcome Offer Program and/or any Welcome Offer Program-related activity. Additionally, by acceptance of the Welcome Offer Bonus, Bonus Recipients agree to release the Released Promotion Entities from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the Welcome Offer Bonus.

General Terms. ANY ATTEMPT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, REWARDS NETWORK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR COMPANY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

If the Welcome Offer Program is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including without limitation, due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Welcome Offer Program, Rewards Network reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process, and/or to cancel, modify or terminate the Welcome Offer Program.

This Promotion is offered only in the Seattle Metropolitan Area and is governed by the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, and Owners consent to jurisdiction and venue in, and agree that all claims and disputes must be resolved in, the appropriate federal, state or local court located in the state of Illinois.

Rewards Network’s failure to enforce any term of these terms will not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck, and the remaining provisions will be enforced.

  1. Restrictions. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Other restrictions may apply. Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
